OUR STORY
Our story starts with a few injuries and a lot of curiosity. Jackie had a back injury, and Robyn recovered from multiple accidents. Pilates helped us both rebuild strength, gain confidence, and discover a passion for movement we didn’t expect. Teaching felt natural, and we quickly realized we wanted to help others move smarter, stronger, and safer.
As we refined our own workouts, we found Lagree, slow, controlled, sweat-inducing movements that challenged us in completely new ways. The combination of Pilates and Lagree gave us the perfect balance of precision, strength, endurance, and a serious sense of accomplishment.
That’s how FORM BY TWO was born. We wanted to create a studio where everyone feels welcome, whether you’re just starting, coming back from an injury, or chasing your next big challenge. Strength here isn’t just about muscles, it’s about resilience, confidence, and longevity. And yes, it’s also about having fun along the way. Our goal is to build a community where you feel supported, empowered, and proud of what your body can do, every step of your fitness journey.

ANNEMARIE P.

Annemarie has been immersed in movement and fitness since childhood, competing in dance through college and later becoming certified in WITS personal training, AFFA group fitness, Yogafit, BOSU, and TRX. She’s been a fully certified Pilates instructor since 2002. In 2017, she discovered Lagree and found it to be the missing piece in her routine. Now Level 2 Lagree certified, she combines her extensive background in fitness, Pilates, and Lagree to offer dynamic, well-rounded classes. Annemarie is passionate about helping clients grow stronger on and off the Mega.

CORRIE K.

Corrie holds a BFA in Dance Education and has over 22 years of experience teaching and choreographing for competitive dance teams. She began practicing Pilates in college and later trained under Pilates legends including Kathryn Ross-Nash and Romana Kryzanowska. Since 2015, she has taught both classical and contemporary Pilates, offering group and private sessions. In 2024, Corrie became certified in Lagree and was immediately inspired by its transformative, high-intensity approach. She brings passion, precision, and deep knowledge to every session, empowering clients to challenge themselves and move with confidence.

Nina is a certified Lagree instructor with a passion for mindful movement and guiding individuals toward greater physical and mental well-being. With an athletic background and a history of injuries from years of high-impact sports, Nina was drawn to Lagree for its ability to deliver an intense, full-body workout without the wear and tear. It quickly became her go-to method for building strength and stability while being kind to her body. As an instructor, she prioritizes form and alignment to help clients build lasting strength safely and effectively. Nina is dedicated to empowering clients to cultivate their inner strength, move beyond their comfort zones and reach their fitness goals.

Since 2019, Adrienne has leveraged her comprehensive Pilates certification to provide expert group and private instruction specializing in athletic applications and specialized care for scoliosis, spinal fusions, and prenatal clients. A dedicated lifelong learner, she also serves as a mentor, guiding new instructors through their training and certification journeys.

Cat is a certified Lagree instructor and lifelong movement enthusiast dedicated to helping clients feel strong and empowered. Building on over a decade of experience as a competitive dancer and teacher, she brings a deep understanding of physical discipline to every class. She fell in love with the Lagree method two years ago for its ability to build intense physical and mental strength through a full-body approach. Her energetic personality now motivates clients to embrace every challenge safely while having fun.

Robyn first discovered reformer Pilates in 2001 and returned to it years later to rebuild strength and manage pain from spinal and shoulder injuries. Reigniting her passion, she became a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor to help others experience its healing benefits. She later found the Lagree Method and was instantly drawn to its strength-building potential. Now certified in both modalities, Robyn integrates Pilates and Lagree to support her clients' fitness goals. She’s dedicated to helping people build resilience, reduce pain, and feel strong in their bodies.

Jackie’s Pilates journey began in 2013 after a lumbar disc injury from years of desk work. Seeking to improve her own health, she became comprehensively certified in Pilates in 2021 and started teaching soon after. In 2022, she tried Lagree and fell in love with its high-intensity, low-impact challenge. Now certified in both Pilates and Lagree, Jackie loves guiding clients through mindful, powerful movement. She’s passionate about fostering a supportive community where people can explore, grow, feel empowered in their fitness journeys and maybe laugh a little too.
