Our Lagree classes help you build long, lean muscle, improve posture and core strength, and challenge your endurance, all in a low-impact, supportive environment with expert guidance every step of the way. Looking for something slower and more personalized? Our private Pilates sessions focus on form, mobility, and mindful strength. However you choose to move, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what your body can do.

Pilates is a low-impact workout performed on the Reformer that focuses on mindful, precise movement. You’ll strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance alignment while moving at a steady, supportive pace that helps you feel more connected to your body.

We offer Lagree group classes as well as private and duet Lagree and Pilates sessions, allowing you to choose the level of personalization that works best for you.
Foundations (Lagree): Perfect for beginners, those returning from injury, or anyone new to fitness. This class introduces the Lagree method through foundational movements with a strong focus on proper form, alignment, and slow engagement of the correct muscles. Foundations classes are always challenging, building strength from the ground up while keeping movement safe and intentional. First-time guests are limited to booking Foundations.
All Levels (Lagree): Designed for those ready to level up. Expect a modifiable, challenging Lagree workout that builds on the basics, with more variety and increased intensity. While open to all levels, beginners are encouraged to start with Foundations.
Private & Duet Sessions (Lagree + Pilates): Our private and duet sessions offer a fully personalized experience tailored to your goals, fitness level, and any injuries or movement considerations. Whether you’re refining technique, recovering, or looking for a more customized challenge, these one-on-one or shared sessions allow for focused attention, precise cueing, and thoughtful progression — all in a supportive, form-first environment.

Lagree: Performed on the Megaformer, Lagree uses slow, time-under-tension movements that challenge multiple muscle groups at once. It’s a high-intensity, low-impact workout that builds muscular endurance, cardiovascular strength, and total-body control. At FORM BY TWO, Lagree is offered in group classes as well as private sessions.
Pilates: Performed on the Reformer, Pilates focuses on controlled, precise movement to strengthen the core, improve flexibility, and support proper alignment at a steady, intentional pace. At FORM BY TWO, Pilates is offered through private sessions, allowing for a more personalized, form-focused experience.

Getting started is easy. New clients can begin with our Intro Offer: 2 Lagree classes for $40, the perfect way to experience our form-first approach and expert instruction.
Prefer more personalized support? We also offer a Private Training Intro: 3 private Pilates or Lagree sessions for $250, ideal for learning the method, refining form, or easing into your practice with one-on-one guidance.
