We recommend you arrive at least 5 minutes before class to put your things away, put your grip socks on and find your Megaformer.
If you are not present at the start time of your reserved class, your spot will be given away to a client on the waitlist, if they are present.
If no one is on the waitlist or there is a spot still available, you can join the class, however, we have a strict 5 minute policy. After that time, you will be unable to join the class. After this 5 minute cutoff, you will be late canceled from the class. No exceptions. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
If you think you’ll be later than 5 minutes, send us a text and cancel yourself out of class.

All 3 & 12 month agreement members can book additional credits each month at a discounted price. You can purchase them directly when you book the next session in the app or online & the discount will automatically be applied.

We offer Lagree group classes and private Pilates and Lagree sessions.
Group classes will be designed to accommodate all levels, but we will also teach a Foundations class for those new to Lagree or would like a form focused class.

Our studio accommodates up to 10 participants in our Lagree classes.

We won't have a locker room, but you will be able to use our private training room or bathroom for changing.

Both Lagree & Pilates are highly adaptable to a variety of injuries and fitness backgrounds. BUT, please reach out to our team to confirm.

Class participation will depend on your previous fitness history, injuries, any pre-natal conditions and, most importantly, doctor's approval.

By combining both Lagree and Pilates you achieve a well-rounded fitness routine, with Lagree delivering high-intensity, low-impact strength and endurance training, while Pilates focuses on core strength, flexibility, and precise movement.
Together, they enhance overall muscle tone, improve posture, and boost cardiovascular health, providing a balanced approach that caters to both recovery and challenging workouts.
We also offer a discount on a combined Lagree Class + Private Pilates membership.

Short answer: no.
Pilates focuses on controlled, precise movements performed on various apparatuses or a mat, emphasizing core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment.
In contrast, Lagree is built on body building principles and utilizes the Megaformer to provide a high-intensity, low-impact workout that targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously, emphasizing muscular endurance and cardiovascular conditioning.

When first starting Lagree, we recommend booking your first two classes at least 2 days apart. That will give your muscles time to recover and for you to reschedule the session, if needed.
Once you’re comfortable with the method, we recommend taking classes 2-3 times per week, although you can always take more!

To reserve your membership, you’ll pay for your first month. Your next installment will be due 30 days from your sign-up date.

Your rate is guaranteed for the length of your agreement. At this time, we don’t have plans to increase our rates.

Cancellations must be sent in writing via email to info@formbytwo.com 5 days prior to your billing date.
Please make sure you review the full cancellation policy before reaching out.
In all of our memberships, if you move more than 25 miles from the studio or a chronic medical issue, no cancellation fees will apply.

Freezes are only available for 12 month agreements. You can freeze up to 3 months during your 12 month agreement for a $20 per month freeze fee.
Members who provide a doctor’s note outlining their inability to practice, may freeze their membership for up to 6 months with no charge. 1 month prior to the freeze ending, we will re-evaluate the member’s condition to determine future membership.

Of course! All members will receive guest passes to share with friends and family. Guest passes are for new clients only.
If you refer a friend who becomes a member, you both will receive 2 class credits!

You must be 18 to attend class by yourself.
All minors over 15 years old are eligible to attend classes, but their parent/guardian must accompany & remain at the studio facilities during the class.

Class cancellations must be made on the website or app within the class cancellation window to avoid forfeiting your credit.
Cancellation Windows:
Cancellation window (no credit lost): 8 hours prior to the start of class
Late Cancellation Window: within 8 hours
All cancellations within the Late Cancellation Window will lose the class credit.

We missed you!
You will be considered a no-show to class and lose your class credit.
All members with a 3 or 12 month agreement receive one late cancellation forgiveness once every 90 days.

Members who reside in the same household are eligible for a household membership discount of 5% for each active member.
Members must show proof of address in person to receive the discount.
