Pilates

  • Individual, personalized reformer Pilates sessions to learn, improve or refine your practice & form.

  • Customized private duet sessions can accommodate 2 participants in our Pilates studio.

Lagree Class Formats

Foundations

Foundations is great for all beginners and is designed to introduce you to the core principles and foundational movements of Lagree. This class is taught at a slightly slower pace, perfect for newcomers, members looking for a refresh or those who are returning from injuries.

All-Levels

All-Levels is open to all members. The class is modifiable for all levels, but please note that the speed of the class is faster. We recommend all members new to Lagree try a Foundations class first.
