About FORM BY TWO

Our story begins with injuries—Jackie suffered a back injury, and Robyn faced multiple injuries after a car accident. After months of rehabilitation, we were each introduced to Pilates as a way to regain strength and prevent further injuries. Inspired by its impact, we pursued certification and fell in love with teaching, eventually shifting careers. As we refined our practice, we sought ways to intensify workouts for more efficient results, leading us to Lagree. The method’s slow & controlled movements pushed us in new ways, delivering a unique sense of accomplishment.

Recognizing the distinct benefits of both Pilates and Lagree, we envisioned a studio that combined them to meet clients wherever they were in their fitness journey—whether recovering from injury, starting fresh, or seeking a challenge. FORM BY TWO was born to provide a welcoming space that removes the intimidation of trying something new. To us, strength isn’t just about muscle; it’s about resilience, longevity, and confidence. Beyond fitness, we strive to build a supportive community where members uplift each other, enhancing their wellness journey with connection, motivation, and fun.

Annemarie P.

INSTRUCTOR

  • Annemarie has been immersed in movement and fitness since childhood, competing in dance through college and later becoming certified in WITS personal training, AFFA group fitness, Yogafit, BOSU, and TRX. She’s been a fully certified Pilates instructor since 2002. In 2017, she discovered Lagree and found it to be the missing piece in her routine. Now Level 2 Lagree certified, she combines her extensive background in fitness, Pilates, and Lagree to offer dynamic, well-rounded classes. Annemarie is passionate about helping clients grow stronger on and off the Mega.

Corrie K.

INSTRUCTOR

  • Corrie holds a BFA in Dance Education and has over 22 years of experience teaching and choreographing for competitive dance teams. She began practicing Pilates in college and later trained under Pilates legends including Kathryn Ross-Nash and Romana Kryzanowska. Since 2015, she has taught both classical and contemporary Pilates, offering group and private sessions. In 2024, Corrie became certified in Lagree and was immediately inspired by its transformative, high-intensity approach. She brings passion, precision, and deep knowledge to every session, empowering clients to challenge themselves and move with confidence.

Victoria D.

INSTRUCTOR

  • Victoria brings high energy and positivity to every class, helping clients push past their limits while having fun. Her Lagree journey began in New York City, where she taught for three years and fell in love with the Megaformer. She also has a strong background in Pilates, boxing, and cycling, which brings variety and intensity to her teaching style. Outside the studio, Victoria enjoys painting, working out, and spending time with her daughter, partner, and two dogs. She’s passionate about creating an uplifting, motivating environment for every client.

  • Jackie’s Pilates journey began in 2013 after a lumbar disc injury from years of desk work. Seeking to improve her own health, she became comprehensively certified in Pilates in 2021 and started teaching soon after. In 2022, she tried Lagree and fell in love with its high-intensity, low-impact challenge. Now certified in both Pilates and Lagree, Jackie loves guiding clients through mindful, powerful movement. She’s passionate about fostering a supportive community where people can explore, grow, feel empowered in their fitness journeys and maybe laugh a little too.

ROBYN H.

CO-FOUNDER, INSTRUCTOR

  • Robyn first discovered reformer Pilates in 2001 and returned to it years later to rebuild strength and manage pain from spinal and shoulder injuries. Reigniting her passion, she became a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor to help others experience its healing benefits. She later found the Lagree Method and was instantly drawn to its strength-building potential. Now certified in both modalities, Robyn integrates Pilates and Lagree to support her clients' fitness goals. She’s dedicated to helping people build resilience, reduce pain, and feel strong in their bodies.
